Events at One World Catering usually fall into two categories: Drop Off and On Site Service

“Drop offs” are events in which we drop off food and/or drink to a client in disposable serving-ware such as plastic serving trays with covers for cold items and aluminum pans with covers for hot items. Plastic serving utensils, compostable plates, napkins, and cups are included if the client wishes to use them. Drop off events are great when you have all the help you need but just don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen. A service charge of 10% with a minimum of $20 will be added to all drop-off events.

“On -Site Service” is a more comprehensive option in which our staff takes care of all service aspects of ordered food and beverage throughout an event. This includes delivery, set up, maintenance of food and beverage areas, tear down and clean-up of all our equipment and supplies. We also supply any serving equipment that would be needed for the event (i.e. chafers, tablecloths, china platters etc). Disposable greenware plates, napkins, cups and utensils are included. Specialty disposable place settings and china place settings are also available for an extra cost. On- Site Service events include buffet style service or plated service. On- Site Service events will accrue a service charge of about 20% for buffeted events and 25% for plated events. This charge is subject to change based on the service needs of an event.
