Company History

One World Catering is the newest company under the One World Enterprises business umbrella owned by Jeff Mease and Lennie Busch. Jeff and Lennie started their first business in 1982 when they opened the doors of what is now known as Pizza X in the Crosstown Plaza on East 10th street. Since 1982, Lennie and Jeff have opened five Pizza X stores, Lennie’s Restaurant and Brewpub, Bloomington Brewing Co., the One World Commissary and One World Catering.

One World Catering started out with an idea by Samantha Ezzo who was working at Lennie’s and began putting together catered events out of the Lennie’s kitchen. In 2009, the company moved into its own catering facility on 2234 W. Industrial Drive featuring the food of executive chef, Corbin Morwick, whose focus on delicious, scratch-made food has definitely been noticed by the Bloomington community. That same passion for delicious food is what continues to make a name for One World Catering today.

Along with delicious food, many talented and hard-working people have helped the company develop a system of food experiences that are warm, attentive and memorable. Whether it is an event specialist who listens and designs the perfect event for a client or a server that is as excited about a party as the party as the host; One World Catering has learned that caring about each and every event ensures a successful event every time.
